As a Bubble Tea Barista at Dr. Boba, you will play a pivotal role in creating an unforgettable bubble tea experience for our customers. You will be responsible for crafting a variety of bubble tea beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing excellent customer service. Your passion for bubble tea and your friendly demeanor will be instrumental in ensuring our customers leave with a smile.

Key Responsibilities:

Bubble Tea Preparation: Prepare a wide range of bubble tea beverages, including classic and specialty recipes.
Accurately measure and mix ingredients to create consistent and high-quality drinks.

Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take customer orders, answer questions about menu items, and provide recommendations.
Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment while maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the work area, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitized.
Regularly clean and maintain beverage machines and preparation areas.

Inventory Management: Monitor and restock beverage ingredients and supplies as needed.
Inform management when supplies are running low.

Quality Control: Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure the consistent taste and quality of our beverages.
Pay attention to detail when preparing toppings, such as pearls and jellies.

Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
Assist in training new baristas when required.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a barista or in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
• Knowledge and passion for bubble tea.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and measuring skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy items.
• Food handling and safety certifications may be required.
