Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to customers according to company recipes and standards.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Take customer orders, process payments, and handle cash and digital transactions.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, and seating areas.
• Follow health and safety regulations, ensuring proper food handling, storage, and sanitation.
• Restock supplies, such as coffee beans, milk, syrups, and cups, as needed.
• Assist in training new team members as required.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate them when necessary.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role (preferred but not required).
• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machines (training will be provided if necessary).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs if needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,300\.00 - AED2,500\.00 per month
