Key Responsibilities:

• Craft high-quality coffee beverages with flair, including advanced latte art.
• Calibrate coffee machines to ensure every cup meets perfection.
• Share your expertise on coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles with customers and team members.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging warmly and taking orders accurately.
• Upsell and recommend menu items to delight customers and drive sales.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming coffee station and lounge area.
• Inspire and train junior baristas, setting a high standard of quality and service.
• Manage inventory efficiently to keep operations seamless and supplies stocked.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a barista with a talent for coffee preparation and machine calibration.
• A creative touch with advanced latte art techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to engage with a diverse clientele.
