Position Overview:As a Barista at Petrichoor Chocolate, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing outstanding customer service. Your role will involve ensuring that every customer enjoys a pleasant and memorable experience, while maintaining our high standards of service and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and delicacies with precision and artistry.

2) Demonstrate a thorough understanding of service etiquette and food & beverage products.

3) Maintain excellent grooming standards and a professional appearance at all times.

4) Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

5) Utilize ERP/POS systems and Microsoft Office applications effectively.

6) Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

7) Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area.

Job Requirements:

1) Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Barista in a similar setting.

2) Strong knowledge of delicacies and beverage preparation techniques.3) Excellent sales, operational, and customer service skills.

4) Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

5) Familiarity with ERP/POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

6) Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.

7) High standards of personal grooming and professionalism.
