Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and techniques for coffee, espresso, and other beverages.
Educate customers on our drink menu and make recommendations based on their preferences.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including coffee machines and equipment.
Operate coffee brewing equipment, including grinders, espresso machines, and drip coffee makers.
Take orders and process payments accurately using the point-of-sale system.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and a friendly demeanor.
Monitor inventory and restock supplies as necessary.
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of customers and staff.
Assist with other tasks as needed, such as cleaning, stocking, and light food preparation.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role in the food service industry.
Knowledge of various coffee drinks, including espresso, latte, cappuccino, and other specialty drinks.
Ability to operate coffee-making equipment efficiently.
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in food safety or barista training are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,300.00 per month Experience:
