Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of coffee preparation, a passion for creating high-quality beverages, and excellent customer service skills. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages while ensuring a welcoming and efficient customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines and grinders. Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all drinks. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take customer orders and process payments accurately using the POS system. Keep the coffee station clean and organized at all times. Manage stock levels of coffee, milk, and other supplies, and report shortages as needed. Follow health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,800.00 per month
