-Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments.
-Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
-Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
-Comply with health and safety regulations, guidelines and procedures
-Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve quality.
-Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to interact in a positive manner and prevent or resolve conflict
-Be a part of the team assisting on other tasks as needed

Qualifications

-Previous work experience as a Barista in the hospitality industry and cocktails knowledge
-High school diploma; relevant training is a plus
-Flexibility to work various shifts
-Excellent communication skills, listening and communication skills to effectively interact with coworkers and customers
