: a.) Performing Authority for all maintenance teams carrying out Fabrication, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument, Scaffolding activities associated with maintenance campaigns at Zakum WHPTs.
b.) Liaises with CM/LG to ensure adequate supply of construction materials, spare parts, equipment, tools and consumables.
c.) Coordinates activities and supervises all teams to ensure safe, timely completion of all tasks as per plan.
d.) Studies and provides input to prepared scope of works, maintenance schedules, modifications, installations at WHPTs.
e.) Responsible for ensuring all work scopes and procedures are complied with and executed to approved engineering standards.
f.) Reviews engineering packages, surveys work locations and provides practical input to their execution.
g.) Ensure, by appropriate monitoring and review that all work performed under his direction is performed in a safe and environmentally sound manner. Ensures all personnel adhere to good HSE practices and regulations. Effective follow up and reporting of all HSE related issues.
h.) Issues daily report detailing progress, hold ups, areas of concern, recommendations for improvement, etc.
i.) Liaises with Operation, Maintenance and Inspection Section Heads for certifying satisfactory completion of work scope.
j.) Performs other related duties such as ordering materials, writing technical reports, updating engineering drawings, maintaining daily logs, closing Facility Changes, etc.
k.) Participate in the training and development of assigned UAE Nationals. Assessment and identification of employees training and development requirements
