We are seeking a talented, personable, and skilled Barber to join our team and help our clients look and feel their best.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and other grooming services to clients
• Offer professional advice on hair and skincare to clients
• Ensure all services are performed in a timely, safe, and professional manner
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace in accordance with health and safety standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through friendly, professional interactions
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in barbering and grooming techniques
• Handle payments and booking of appointments, as required
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent service delivery
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a barber with excellent skills in men's grooming, haircuts, shaves, and beard trims
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Passionate about staying current with the latest trends in barbering
• Excellent time management skills
• Reliable, professional, and well-groomed

Preferred (but not required):

• Experience with using social media to promote personal brand
• Additional skills, such as hair coloring, styling, or other services
• Experience with managing appointments or customer service
