Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide professional hair cutting, styling, and coloring services to clients.
• Consult with clients to understand their desired hair styles and provide recommendations based on their hair type and face shape.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques through ongoing training and education.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Promote and sell salon products and services to clients.
• Assist with salon marketing efforts, such as creating social media posts and participating in community events.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing tools and equipment.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
• Creative and artistic flair for hair styling.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professionalism and ability to maintain client confidentiality.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
