Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barber to join our team. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services to our clients, including haircuts, shaving, beard trims, and scalp treatments. You should have a passion for the art of barbering and excellent customer service skills to ensure an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide barbering services such as haircuts, hairstyling, beard trims, shaving, and scalp treatments to clients.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and suggest suitable hairstyles or grooming solutions based on their hair type and face shape.
• Keep workstations clean and sanitised according to salon standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of barbering techniques, trends, and products.
• Recommend and sell hair care and grooming products to clients.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Barber, ideally in a salon or barbershop setting.
• Proficiency in a variety of barbering techniques, including using clippers, scissors, razors, and other grooming tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate client schedules.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Barbering license/certification required.
• Additional certifications or training in barbering techniques (preferred).
