Job Description
As a Barback at Social Distrikt, you will assist the bartenders and bar team in maintaining efficient bar operations. Your key responsibilities will include restocking supplies, ensuring cleanliness, supporting inventory management, and assisting with drink preparation during busy periods. You will also help with equipment maintenance, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and support special events. Teamwork, strong organizational skills, and a positive attitude are essential for this role.
Key Duties:
• Assist with bar preparation, restocking, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Monitor stock levels and help with inventory management.
• Follow health and safety standards, ensuring a safe bar environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and support bartenders during peak times.
• Maintain bar equipment and assist with special events setup.
• Engage in personal development through training and learning about beverages.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented, friendly attitude.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
