Job Description

We are hiring for BarBack position as a Barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bartending team, ensuring they have everything they need to provide outstanding service to our guests. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the ropes of the bar industry and be part of a collaborative and fun environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist bartenders with setting up and stocking the bar area with necessary supplies (glasses, garnishes, ice, etc.).
• Quickly and efficiently clean and clear bar areas, restocking as needed.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area.
• Refill ice and ensure bar supplies are replenished throughout service.
• Assist in closing down and cleaning the bar at the end of the shift.
• Deliver exceptional service with a positive attitude and a willingness to help where needed.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous bar or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy items (ice buckets, cases of beverages) and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
