Assists with the oversight of the Bar operation in the facility. Assigns and delegate's responsibility and authority for the operation of the bars as needed wait staff, bar tenders and stewards.
Participates and trains team to up-sell products
Monitors market conditions that impact menu offerings, business volume, and profitability. Suitably adjusting teams focus to respond to conditions
Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
Implements policies and procedures for bar operations, including compliance of company standards relating to quality of products and services.
Manages department members that may include, but is not limited to: waiter staff and bartenders.
Performs performance reviews in line with set targets.
Continually researches vendor possibilities, pricing, service, and evaluates vendor relationships to the benefit of the facility.
Participates with the Director of F&B in the creation of beverage menus for the restaurant while incorporating a menu pricing structure that will support the bottom line goals.
Assures that effective orientation and training are given to each new associate.
Communicates any changes or new policies and procedures to the department.
Responsible for implementing and maintaining excellent service to achieve guest satisfaction.
Ensures that all staff follows personal hygiene guidelines.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
