Job Description
Role: Bar Manager : Pre:Opening Beach Club Concept Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Package: 1,600 : 1,800 BHD per month, plus benefits Im currently supporting an incredibly exciting, and expanding hospitality group over in Bahrain. Based in the heart of Bahrain, the group have already lauched a number of exciting concepts and they are now actively looking for an experienced Bar Manager to join and head up their most exciting pre:opening concept, a high:end, premium beach club which is set to open in Q4 2024. Our ideal candidate will be someone who has worked in the luxury lifestyle environments : high volume, high revenue turnover, independent restaurants/venues with new opening experience too. Strong international experience is preferred, ideally to have worked in International F and B hubs around the world. Opening experience in the Middle East is beneficial. Must be able to manage large team, multi:cultural teams of staff members and a large number of VIP guests. We are needing someone who comes from a nightlife background and ideally youll come from an independent/standalone F and B background too. Prior GCC experience is an absolute must too.
