LOCAL HIRE ONLY BAR MANAGER Proven experience as a bartender or bar manager, preferably in a high-end or fine dining environment. At least a minimum of 5 years experience as a Bar Manager Lead the bar team, ensuring efficient operation, impeccable service, and a high standard of cleanliness and organization. Comprehensive knowledge of mixology, beverage trends, and inventory management.
