• Oversee all aspects of bar operations at the Flying Elephant, the destination for mystical mixology where Indian-influenced cocktails meet contemporary Desi bar bites.
• Develop and implement innovative cocktail menus that reflect the Flying Elephant\'s ethos of anti-ordinary infusions and global-inspired Indian street food.
• Train and mentor bar staff to ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to the Flying Elephant\'s brand values of comfort, familiarity, and craftsmanship.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary environment in compliance with health and safety regulations while upholding the Flying Elephant\'s reputation for excellence.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies, contributing to the Flying Elephant\'s reputation as a leader in the industry.
• Monitor and analyze sales trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, driving the Flying Elephant\'s success as a top destination bar.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager / Lead Mixologist or similar role in a high-volume establishment.
• Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques and cocktail preparation, aligned with the Flying Elephant\'s commitment to mystical mixology.
• Strong knowledge of the food and beverage industry in the UAE and ability to drive financial performance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment, embodying the Flying Elephant\'s spirit of adventure and exploration.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and POS systems, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in managing bar operations.
