The Job

We are looking for Bar Manager candidates for a Fine Dining restaurant in Dubai Creek Harbour.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and supervise bar staff.
• Schedule staff shifts and manage shift rotations.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed.
• Conduct regular stocktaking and inventory audits.
• Oversee bar budgets and manage expenses.
• Track daily sales and cash flow.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Maintain compliance with licensing laws and other legal requirements.
• Develop and execute promotional events and activities.
• Manage the bar's social media presence and marketing campaigns.
• Oversee daily bar operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Maintain equipment and arrange for repairs as necessary.
• Innovate and update drink menus to reflect current trends.
• Train staff on new drink recipes and presentation.
• Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in beverages.
• Manage point-of-sale systems and ensure accurate transaction processing.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-year experience working as a Bar Manager or Bar Supervisor in the U.A.E
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Can manage a total of 12-15 people in the bar
• Experience in Fine Dining Restaurant is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Bar Manager: 1 year (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Preferred)
