This job is only for ABROAD (Not for INDIA) Call & WhatsApp to Ms. Neha- Staff Management:

Hiring & Training: Recruit, train, and supervise bar staff (bartenders, servers, barbacks). Scheduling: Create and manage staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage. Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular performance reviews, address issues, and ensure staff maintain high standards of service. Inventory & Stock Control:

Ordering Supplies: Manage inventory levels for alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and other bar supplies. Stocking & Organizing: Ensure the bar is properly stocked and organized to prevent waste and shortages. Cost Control: Monitor and control inventory usage, ensuring minimal loss or waste to stay within budget. Customer Service:

Guest Interaction: Oversee guest satisfaction and handle complaints or issues with tact and professionalism. Creating a Welcoming Atmosphere: Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and provides a great guest experience. Event Planning: Plan and coordinate special events, promotions, or themed nights to attract guests. Financial & Administrative Duties:

Budgets & Reports: Manage the bar's budget and ensure the establishment remains profitable by tracking expenses and sales. Cash Handling: Ensure cash drawers are balanced and handle deposits. Compliance: Ensure all alcohol laws and health & safety regulations are followed. Menu Development:

Cocktail Menu Design: Develop and innovate new drink offerings or seasonal cocktails. Costing & Pricing: Ensure drinks are priced competitively while maintaining profitability. Marketing & Promotion:

Social Media & Promotions: Work with marketing teams to promote special events, new drinks, or seasonal menus. Customer Loyalty Programs: Implement strategies to encourage repeat business (e.g., loyalty cards, VIP programs). General Bar Operations:

Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure the bar meets all health and safety regulations, including cleanliness and hygiene standards. Bar Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of bar equipment, including refrigeration, blenders, and dispensers.
