Ensure all medication orders are scanned into the dispensing system and staged correctly for each delivery route. Monitor workflow and ensure consistent product movement from the pharmacy to the delivery dispensing system. Ensure all medication orders are neatly sorted and packed within delivery totes. Prepare and stage delivery manifests and ancillary paperwork for the correct delivery totes. Prepare for the next delivery route by setting up empty delivery totes and applying new delivery barcode labels. Sort returned signed delivery manifests and scan them into the document imaging system. Assist in the preparation of emergency drug kit deliveries, including tracking and expiration monitoring. Restock and order consumable supplies for the department. Perform other related duties as required. Comply with all OSH and infection control policies, standards, and procedures and cooperate with hospital management to meet those requirements. Work in accordance with documented OSH procedures and instructions. Be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures. Notify OSH hazards, incidents, near misses, and issues, and assist with the preparation of risk assessments and incident reports. Comply with waste management procedures and policies. Attend applicable OSH/Infection control training programs, mock drills, and awareness programs. Use appropriate personal protective equipment and safety systems.

High school diploma or equivalent required. Knowledge of brand name and generic medications. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Ability to work at a moderate speed. Ability to work during inclement weather. Good organization and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to physically perform light lifting.
