Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESS" The Role- To ensure that the Banquet Operation/Events are managed efficiently according to the established concept statements.- To ensure that all operating standards are adhered to in order to achieve the level of service established in the SOP.- To assist in conducting monthly inventory checks on all operating equipments and supplies.- To assign responsibilities to subordinates and to check their performance periodically.- To be on the floor at all times during events.- To ensure that all banquet venues are kept clean and organized, both at the front as well as the back of house.- To liaise and organize with Housekeeping and Stewarding Departments that the established cleaning schedules are strictly adhered to.QualificationsQualifications- Be proactive and use good judgement when dealing with challenging situations- Act with professionalism and integrity- Be transparent in your motives, methods and expected results- Own mistakes and share your knowledge to prevent a repetition of the same error within your department or division- Conduct business honestly & fairly- Keep sensitive information confidentialAdditional InformationSwissotel Al Murooj Dubai, a Resort-style hotel cleverly combining hotel and apartment-style accommodations at the heart of Dubai\'s city center.
