Banquet Supervisor
Job Description
• Supervise the set-up, execution, and breakdown of all banquets and events, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to client specifications.
• Coordinate with the banquet team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery for all food and beverage requirements.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, maintaining all relevant records.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback promptly, ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Ensure that all banquet and event spaces are properly prepared and inspected prior to events.
• Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in banquet or event management, preferably in the UAE or Middle East.
• Education: Diploma or degree in hospitality management, catering, or a related field is preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and resolve conflicts efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
