Responsible for the banquet operation office, allocating tasks, orientation and coordinating activities in the area.
Keeps proper administration for all correspondence concerning Banquet Operation. Works with Banquet and Conference Sales to coordinate menus for food and beverage services for banquets.
Ensures proper arrangement for equipment, such as projectors and computers, or office supplies, such as paper and pens.
Transmits necessary information and coordinates event planning with production, service and housekeeping, and all departments involved.
Arranges for printing of menus, procuring of decorations, entertainment and other special requests.
Updates OASYS payroll for banquet operation.
Responsible for FBM inputs / requisitions such as general store items, food store items and beverages.
Responsible for monthly training calendar for banquet operation team.
Completes filing tasks as assigned by the banquet operations manager.
Any other duties, which may be assigned to you from time to time as directed by your Supervisor or Manager.
