We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced

Banquet Manager

to join our team. The Banquet Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of banquet and event services, ensuring that events run smoothly and exceed guest expectations. This role requires a strong leader with excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning, preparation, and execution of all banquets and events. Manage the banquet staff, including training, scheduling, and ensuring the team delivers excellent service. Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and ensure their expectations are met. Ensure all event-related supplies, equipment, and food & beverage services are arranged and available. Manage event budgets and ensure events are completed within financial constraints. Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and service are maintained during events. Work closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless event execution. Address and resolve any issues or complaints that arise during events to ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare post-event reports and evaluate feedback for future improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Banquet Manager, Event Manager, or in a similar hospitality role with at least

5 to 6 years

of experience. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Experience in managing banquet staff and coordinating events. Knowledge of event planning, catering, and banquet operations. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. UAE driving license is required.
