Your key duties and responsibilities are to promote and ensure guest satisfaction by taking reservations (phone and email), greeting guests, accompany them to their meeting room and monitor the hotel event activities.Qualifications
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage Banquet operation
- LQA Standards
- Guest Interaction Skills
- Has worked in a luxury hotel chain
- Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
- Excellent guest service skills
- Excellent English skills
