We are looking for a F&B Banquet Coordinator Who can oversee the wait staff and food service of restaurant operations, all-day dining, room service, and Lobby Caf\xc3\xa9. The successful candidate will be in a similar position in a 4 or 5-star property. Should be energetic, and hands-on, with good communication and organizational skills, has experience in leading a team, and with a good knowledge of F&B operations especially in BANQUETS. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Coordinator located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Food and Beverage Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring food quality and safety, managing staff, scheduling, maintaining inventory, monitoring expenses, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all guests. Qualifications
  • Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Food and Beverage operations, preferably in a hotel setting
  • Knowledge of Food Safety regulations and procedures
  • Ability to create and implement menus, train staff, and maintain inventory
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Management, or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
