: Banking Sales Representative Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Salary: 3,000 AED base salary plus commission Responsibilities:
Sales Generation: Proactively approach potential customers to promote banking products and services, including but not limited to accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment products.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and providing excellent customer service. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets set by the management team. Utilize sales techniques and strategies to maximize revenue generation and achieve individual and team goals.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest banking products, services, and promotions. Educate customers about the features and benefits of various products to meet their financial needs and goals.
Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all sales-related documentation and processes comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Market Research: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Provide feedback to the management team to support product development and marketing initiatives.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues across different departments, such as marketing, customer service, and operations, to enhance the overall customer experience and achieve business objectives.
Continuous Learning: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise. Stay updated on changes in banking regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Knowledge of banking products, services, and procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic would be an advantage.
Valid UAE residency visa and the ability to work legally in Dubai.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
