We are seeking a dedicated banking sales Manager for our banking sales team to foster strong client relationships and drive revenue growth. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating new business opportunities, maintaining existing client accounts, and providing exceptional service to our customers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and providing tailored banking solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance on banking products, services, and financial strategies.
Conduct thorough financial assessments and recommend appropriate products and services to meet clients' objectives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product specialists and support teams, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients, showcasing the value proposition of our banking products and services.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while executing sales activities.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and account information in the CRM system.

Qualifications:
