Job Summary :
As a Banking Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of banking products and services to individual and corporate clients. Your primary goal will be to drive customer acquisition, enhance customer retention, and achieve sales targets through strong relationship-building and consultative sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
Product Promotion :
Identify potential customers and introduce relevant banking products, including loans, mortgages, credit cards, savings accounts, and investment options.
Effectively communicate the benefits and features of products to meet clients' needs.
Sales Target Achievement :
Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into loyal clients, ensuring maximum satisfaction and retention.
Customer Relationship Management :
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to enhance the customer experience and increase sales opportunities.
Address customer queries and provide support throughout the sales process.
Market Research :
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer demands, and competitor activities.
Provide feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement.
Compliance and Documentation :
Ensure all client documentation complies with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Adhere to sales processes, protocols, and ethical guidelines.
Requirements :
• 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Skills :
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
