Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups to understand and address client needs.
• Sales and Product Promotion:
• Promote and cross-sell credit cards, loans, and other banking products to existing and potential clients.
• Develop customized financial solutions to meet client needs.
• Customer Service:
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.
• Financial Needs Analysis:
• Assess clients' financial situations and recommend appropriate banking products.
• Educate clients on the features and benefits of various products.
• Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with banking regulations and company policies.
• Assist clients with the necessary documentation and application processes.
• Sales Reporting and Target Achievement:
• Track and report sales activities and performance against targets.
• Work towards achieving individual and team sales goals.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in banking, financial services, or sales roles.
• Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Sales Skills: Proven track record in sales and achieving targets.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to understand and meet client needs.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to assess financial situations and recommend suitable products.
• Compliance: Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
• Technology: Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
