Faso Group is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Bank Account Operations Specialist to manage online transfers, book account consolidation, WPS payroll, tax flow management, and financial reporting to the CFO. Key Responsibilities:

Bank Account Management: Oversee and maintain company bank accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Online Transfers & Reconciliations: Process and monitor online transactions, fund transfers, and reconciliations. Book Account Consolidation: Manage and consolidate financial records across multiple accounts. WPS Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries via Wage Protection System (WPS). Tax Flow Management: Handle VAT, corporate tax payments, and reporting while ensuring compliance with UAE tax laws. Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit financial reports, cash flow statements, and reconciliations to the CFO. Compliance & Audit: Ensure adherence to UAE banking regulations and support external audits.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in banking operations/accounting. Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, corporate tax, and WPS payroll. Expertise in bank reconciliations, online transfers, and financial reporting. Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, or similar). Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Immediate joiners preferred.
