Job Description
We are looking for an organized and dynamic Ballroom Supervisor with at least one year of experience to join our Sales Department. The ideal candidate will oversee ballroom operations while collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless event execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise ballroom operations during events, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and execute events accordingly.
• Coordinate event setups and manage staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Deal with clients on-site to address any concerns and ensure their requirements are met.
• Monitor event timelines and manage logistics to guarantee timely execution.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
