About Us: Liali Events is a leading event planning and decoration company specializing in creating memorable and visually stunning experiences for our clients. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Balloon Decorator to join our dynamic team and help bring our clients' visions to life.

Job Summary: As a Balloon Decorator, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and installing balloon decorations for various events, including weddings, parties, corporate events, and more. You will work closely with clients and event planners to understand their requirements and ensure that the decorations meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create balloon arrangements, including arches, columns, centerpieces, backdrops, and other custom decorations.
• Collaborate with clients and event planners to understand their vision and provide creative input.
• Plan and organize decoration setups, ensuring timely and efficient installation and teardown.
• Maintain an inventory of balloons, helium tanks, and other supplies, and manage reordering as needed.
• Ensure all decorations are safe, secure, and aesthetically pleasing.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in balloon decoration.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or requests promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Balloon Decorator or similar role.
• Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for detail.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or training in balloon decoration or a related field.
• Experience with various balloon decoration techniques and materials.
• Familiarity with event planning and coordination.
