Key Responsibilities:
• Staff Management: Supervise and train retail staff, schedule shifts, and ensure optimal staffing levels.
• Customer Service: Ensure customers receive outstanding service and address any issues or complaints promptly.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Sales: Drive sales and meet sales targets through effective merchandising and promotions.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of product quality and presentation.
• Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Reporting: Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and communicate performance metrics to management.
• Marketing: Assist in executing marketing strategies and promotional activities.
Requirements:
