Job Summary: Looking for a Bakery Manager in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Assist in planning and organizing the work schedules
- Review production and resource requirements
- Supervise work processes
- Make sure proper safety procedures are being followed while conducting tasks
- Make estimates, discuss and agree on budgets and timescales with the sales and finance managers
- Set up quality control standards
- Collect and evaluate performance data as well as charts against defined parameters for continual improvement
- Create and implement new as well as current policies, procedures, standards or rules
- Keep up a clean and sanitary environment
- Approve all vendor and contract services
- Perform any other similar task as may be required to ensure smooth running of the business
- Should hold a Bachelor Degree in Food Production or any related field of study
- Demonstrated experience in the same field required
- Outstanding knowledge in bakeries and cakes required
- Good working knowledge of process controls and industry standards
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Knowledge in budget development required
- Must be a good communicator with the ability to effectively lead others
