Key Responsibilities
? Prepare and mix dough and batters using wheat flour and other ingredients.
? Operate baking equipment, including ovens, mixers, and proofers.
? Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards and specifications.
? Monitor baking times and temperatures to achieve the best results.
? Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area.
? Assist in the development of new recipes and products.
? Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production.
? Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
? Manage inventory and assist in ordering ingredients as needed.
? Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished products
Required Qualifications
? Minimum 3 years Proven experience as a baker, preferably in a commercial setting.
? Strong knowledge of baking techniques and processes.
? Familiarity with wheat flour varieties and their properties.
? Team player with good communication skills.
? Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings and weekends.
