Job Description

Baking & Preparation:

Prepare a wide range of bakery items, including bread, cakes, pastries, cookies, and pies, using recipes and creative techniques.

Menu Creation & Development:

Develop new recipes and contribute to menu planning and seasonal offerings.

Quality Control:

Ensure all baked goods are consistently produced with the highest quality and in line with customer expectations.

Inventory Management:

Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies, ensuring proper stock rotation and minimizing waste.

Equipment Maintenance:

Operate and maintain bakery equipment in accordance with safety standards. Ensure cleanliness of all equipment.

Team Collaboration:

Work alongside other chefs, bakers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Customer Service:

Occasionally interact with customers to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.

Health & Safety:

Follow all food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and health codes.

Training & Mentoring:

Assist in training junior bakers and kitchen staff, sharing knowledge and techniques to enhance their skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
