Responsibilities
• Follow recipes and instructions to prepare various types of baked goods, such as bread, manakish
• Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients using mixers, , scales, and other baking tools.
• Shape and form dough using molds, cutters, rollers, and other shaping tools.
• Bake products in ovens at the right temperature and time.
• Ensure the quality and freshness of products by checking the appearance, taste, and texture
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area by following hygiene and safety standards.
• Order and stock ingredients and supplies as needed.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a baker in a bakery, restaurant, or similar setting
• Knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, and equipment
• Ability to work with various ingredients, such as flour, sugar, eggs, butter, yeast, etc.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items and stand for long hours
• Food safety certification or training is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
