• Manage daily operations of the bakery branch, ensuring efficient workflow and processes.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to guarantee product quality and consistency.
• Sales and Customer Engagement:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive branch profitability and meet sales targets.
• Foster excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
• Team Leadership:
• Recruit, train, and supervise bakery staff, creating a positive and productive work environment.
• Schedule and manage staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage and peak performance.
• Inventory and Supply Management:
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to ensure a balanced stock, preventing shortages or overstock.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery of ingredients and materials.
• Quality Assurance:
• Uphold high standards of product quality, presentation, and taste.
