Operate and manage the pastry section of a kitchen, working together with the other chefs.
Assist in measuring and preparing ingredients for baking.
Help with mixing, kneading, and shaping dough as per instructions.
Operate basic bakery equipment under supervision.
Arrange and place baked goods for cooling and packaging.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery area, including workstations and equipment.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards as per company and UAE regulations.
Assist in receiving and storing raw materials and bakery supplies.
Support bakers with inventory checks and stock replenishment.
Handle packaging and labelling of baked goods when required.
Dispatch bakery orders as per schedule and ensure timely delivery.
Dispose of waste properly and maintain an organized workspace.
Follow all company policies and guidelines related to safety and hygiene.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Sous Chef/Chef In-Charge.
