.Accurately measuring and combining ingredients to create various type of bread and cakes, following standardized recipes. .Operating mixing equipment and ensuring the consistency and quality of the product. . Loading dough in to the ovens and monitoring the baking process. .Adjusting temperature and baking time as needed to achieve the desired texture and appearance of bread products. .Cleaning and maintaining baking equipment and working area .Following food safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and safe work environment. .Adhering to production schedules and deadlines to meet customer demands.
