We're looking for a Baker to join our team •IMMEDIATELY• and help us create exceptional pastries and baked goods in a welcoming and cozy environment in Al Rahmaniya , Sharjah .

Only candidates who can reliably commute to or relocate near Al Rahmaniya, Sharjah, will be considered. The closest area to the job location is Al Yasmeen, Ajman

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, bread, and baked goods according to recipes and standards.
• Measure and mix ingredients to create doughs, batters, fillings, and glazes.
• Ensure consistent quality, flavor, and presentation of all baked items.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and baking areas.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and seasonal items.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a baker
• Knowledge of baking techniques, equipment, and ingredients.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes precisely.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• A passion for baking and creativity in recipe development.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.

Start Date: January 20th, 2025
