Responsibilities: Prepare a variety of baked goods including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies according to established recipes and standards. Follow proper baking techniques and ensure the quality and consistency of all products. Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to produce perfect results. Decorate and present baked goods creatively and attractively. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations. Requirements: Previous experience as a baker or pastry chef is preferred, but we are willing to train candidates with a passion for baking. Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality baked goods. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
