Initially, they reference the production plan to identify the products scheduled for the day, such as bread, rolls, muffins, biscuits, doughnuts, French bread, Portuguese bread, etc. The jobholder meticulously check the inventory to ensure all required ingredients are available. Next, they set time and speed controls on mixing and blending machines or steam kettles, aligning them with instructions to ensure proper mixing or cooking. Precision is key as they measure or weigh flour and other ingredients according to recipes outlined in the company\'s manual, preparing batters, dough, fillings, or icing. Additionally, they are responsible for maintaining the accuracy, cleanliness, and visibility of price tags, along with production and expiry dates, on all products. Coordination with the warehouse team is crucial to ensure the availability of convenience products such as plastic bags, tissues, gloves, and trash bags. Furthermore, they uphold strict standards of self-hygiene, including wearing a clean and proper uniform in compliance with government regulations while on duty, ensuring a safe and hygienic working environment.Functional and Technical Competencies:Attend and complete all the Mandatory Trainings Requirements by the Government Authorities and Company Operational Trainings.
