Since our inception in the UAE in the 2010s, We are committed to delivering high-quality products and services to our clients and are looking for an experienced and dynamic Back Support Sales cum Marketing Executive to join our team in UAE.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Back Support Sales cum Marketing Executive to drive sales growth and expand our market presence in the Engineering and Oil & Gas sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve company growth targets.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
• Make cold calls and follow up with clients to schedule appointments and meetings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Prepare and process quotations, proposals, and sales orders .
• Perform both sales and marketing duties to drive business growth.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Qualifications:

• MBA in Marketing
• Minimum of 4 - 5 years experience in sales and marketing
• Preferable UAE driving license
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Proven track record in sales and client acquisition
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
• Good knowledge of the UAE market is essential.
• Preferably Ladies.
