Since our inception in the UAE in the 2010s, we have experienced rapid growth, leading to the establishment of a branch in Doha, Qatar. We are committed to delivering highquality products and services to our clients and are looking for a dedicated Back Support Sales cum Accountant to join our team in Qatar. Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to provide sales support and manage accounting functions in our Doha branch. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales support and accounting, with strong organizational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the complete accounts for the Doha branch, including bookkeeping and financial record maintenance.
- Prepare and send offers and quotations to potential clients.
- Follow up on sent quotations and offers to ensure customer engagement.
- Maintain customer records and manage the sales database.
- Handle sales inquiries from customers and provide timely responses.
- Prepare and send invoices, manage accounts receivable and payable.
- Coordinate with the head office in Sharjah for inventory and product availability.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Tally) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
- Driving license in Qatar is a plus.
