This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction through consistent industry leading fill rate and efficient management of backorder lines, that involves in depth data analysis and cross functional coordination with several teams to achieve the desired results.Dimensions:Dealers xe2x80x93 Maintain a high fill rate and low back order linesInternal xe2x80x93 Work cross functionally with MEDC teams on supply chainPrincipal Accountabilities:
Lead the Backorder team
Maintain a high system fill rate ensuring right part is available at the right time
Monitor and manage back orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and communication with various teams
Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
Develop and implement strategies to minimize back orders, improve order fulfillment rates
Coordinate with Inventory Control team to maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure stock availability to meet order requirements
Work closely with customer service, and warehouse teams to resolve order-related issues
Prepare and maintain reports on order status, and fulfillment performance
Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency
Identify areas for improvement in the order fulfillment process and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into the fulfillment process
Train and guide team members on standard operating procedures, and best practices

Now, here is what we need from you!Knowledge Skills and Experience :Knowledge and Experience:
Min 5 years professional experience in order fulfillment, inventory management, or supply chain management in the automotive industry
Education:
Engineering (Automotive/Mechanical), additional education in supply chain management is a plus
Skills:
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
Proficiency in SAP, or other inventory management software and systems
Analytical skills, with excellent proficiency in Advanced MS Excel, Power BI or other analytical tools
