With over 5 million parts sold each year, the company works with more than 30,000 partners.In a context of growth, we are looking for a Back Office Manager to join the Dubai office and manage and optimize the administrative and operational activities of the back office, supervising a team of 10 people.Your responsibilities will include :Operational management:
Supervise and coordinate the back office in compliance with internal procedures.
Optimize processes to make them more efficient
Team management:
Lead and motivate a team of 11 people.
Set objectives and evaluate performance.
Performance management :
Analyze performance indicators and apply corrective actions.
Ensure quality of back office services.
Communication and coordination:
Communicate with management and maintain link between Dubai and Andorra teams.
Salary: between 8K and12K Dirham AED/month (depending on profile) Location: Dubai Benefits: Anual bonus (up to 26k), VISA, health insurance, return airfare paid every 2 years.Profile:
You hold a degree in management, administration, or equivalent.
You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, with team management.
You have solid experience in customer service (SAV) in the e-commerce sector.
You have excellent proficiency in office tools.
You are bilingual in English.
An affinity for the automotive sector is a plus.
