Job Description

Job PurposeManaged Service Back-Office Associate is responsible for supporting the operational activities related to onboarding and offboarding clients, reporting, handling client requests, conducting demo sessions, and providing ongoing support for our SaaS platforms. This role involves ensuring seamless back-office operations, assisting with documentation, and processing service requests. Bespineers Conduct

Operational Support and Client Management
  • Assist in managing day-to-day back-office operations related to cloud management services.
  • Work closely with COC team members to gather detailed insights into client requirements and preferences, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
  • Responds promptly to client concerns or issues raised, demonstrating a proactive and customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
  • Maintain and update operational documents, service records, and client information.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Handle and process incoming service requests, ensuring they are routed to the appropriate teams.
  • Ensure requests are accurately logged and routed to the appropriate technical teams for resolution.
  • Accurately input and manage data in internal systems.
Process Improvement and Cross Functional Support
  • Collaborates with internal teams, such as technical support or operations, to coordinate efforts and resolve complex client issues effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development and implementation of new procedures.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Reporting and Compliance
  • Ensure timely delivery of operational reports, business reviews agreed-upon deliverables and milestones to meet client expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of operational data, client interactions, and service delivery outcomes to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide insights and analysis to support decision-making and improve service delivery.
  • Stay informed about changes in compliance requirements and update procedures accordingly.
  • Ensure all back-office activities are aligned with the company\'s standards and procedures.
  • Perform any additional tasks or projects as assigned by management to support the team and the organization.
Job SpecificationEducation
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Professional Certifications
  • Cloud essential certificate (Preferred)
