Job Description

Job Details:

  • Checking submitted documents and services from team members
  • Administrative provision of month and year closure, including turnover reporting and preparation of documents for bonuses and commissions, control of reports and documents for wages
  • Cost control in the internal system and cash register management
  • Checking the entered payments in the bank
  • Preparation of contracts according to the specified documents
  • Management of company storage, scanning and creation of contracts and other documents
  • Invoicing corporate customers
  • Representing the reception in case of illness or vacation
  • Other random administrative tasks

Job Experience:

  • Diligence in reviewing documents and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Reliable and able to perform duties well and on time.
  • Direct and effective communication skills to coordinate with team members.
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to handle various administrative tasks and responsibilities.
